Summary:
The Asher is a new boutique destination from the team that brought you The Curtis Park Club, Denver’s favorite Bed & Breakfast.

Striking exposed building elements call to mind one of Colorado’s famous 14ers. The Stuart’s lovely kitchenette is enhanced by a large window and a cozy seating arrangement. Each of the two bedrooms has an opulent queen bed and adornments to delight the eye.

The Space:
The Stuart blends design and comfort into one delicious two-bedroom treat! Colorado’s famous sunshine streams into the fully stocked kitchen and breakfast nook. Enjoy unique lighting and art while you savor your morning coffee. Across from the roomy kitchen are a set of mod chairs arranged in front of a Smart TV just waiting to stream your favorite entertainment.


Two bedrooms, both with queen beds, round out the space. Each features an accent wall, hand-selected art, and luxurious bedding. Perfect for snuggling in after a day of enjoying Denver’s many attractions!


The black-and-white themed bathroom has a tempting walk-in shower with boutique toiletries. Like everything else in The Stuart, the bathroom and kitchen are brand new, with every upgrade and amenity. You’ll never want to stay anywhere else!

Welcome to Historic Berkeley! Right outside your room is Tennyson Street, the beating heart of Denver’s most desirable neighborhood. Walk to a craft brewery -- we recommend Call to Arms -- sip wine at a bookstore, or laptop with the locals at a chic coffee shop. And pizza ‘til you drop at Fat Sully’s and Hops & Pie! Prefer to cook? Natural Grocers is a few blocks south of The Asher. Downtown, the RiNo Arts District, LoHi and the Rocky Mountain foothills are all within easy reach.

Looking for a unique dining experience? Hey Kiddo and Ok Yeah, located on the third floor of The Asher are the perfect destination for a unique and memorable dining and drinking experience. The restaurant offers a one of a kind concept that sets it apart from traditional restaurants. The menu is focused but powerful, showcasing flavors from all over the world. You can expect true American cuisines served with a playful twist.

If you are in the mood for a drink, the intimate vibe of Ok Yeah, the speak-easy style bar is perfect for you. With no cocktail menu, the skilled bartenders can create a drink based on your preferences and mood. They hand carve ice cubes from a large ice block, ensuring your drink is crafted to perfection.

Getting Around:
Tennyson Street is incredibly walkable, and we highly recommend strolling the tree-lined avenue and taking in the neighborhood. Keep an eye out for B-Cycles, Denver’s ubiquitous rental bikes, as well! North of The Asher is I-70, the city’s main East-West artery. If you rented a car, hop on I-70 West to get to the mountains. East will take you to downtown, City Park, I-25, etc. Uber and Lyft are readily available for those without a car. Enjoy exploring our beautiful city!

We are excited to announce the opening of Hey Kiddo, a highly renowned fusion restaurant on the third floor of The Asher Hotel. This new dining experience is sure to enhance your stay with us, offering delicious food and an inviting atmosphere.

Please be advised that some noise may be heard from the hotel rooms located below the restaurant during evening hours while the restaurant is in operation. These hours are from 5pm-12am. We are working with engineers to mute any noise from the restaurant in the future. Until the improvements to the building are made, we provide noise cancelling machines and ear plugs in each room of the hotel. Enjoyed a long weekend in this Denver neighborhood in this apartment right on Tennison St. Fantastic location. Walk to restaurants, shops, park. Nice amenities. Some noise from restaurant above apartment but both bedrooms had noise machines. Kitchen appliances made some of the cabinets difficult to access, but not a show stopper. Was perfect for what we needed and would definitely recommend and return.

The unit is small but worked for our family of four for the few nights we stayed. Easy access to the property from the freeway. Lots of shops and eateries along Tennyson. We would have liked more plates, bowls, and cups. A stand/shelf to place items in the bathroom would have been greatly appreciated. Beds were comfortable. The walls are very thin and we could hear everything going on next door and in the hallway. The unit was clean and welcoming when we checked in. One of the chairs in the sitting area is unstable and needs to be fixed. Overall, we would stay here again.

Just what you want: a clean place that is just as represented in the listing, and with a property manager who is available but not intrusive. We have two sons who live several blocks away, so we visit a lot. I recommend that you stay here. It is the best place in the neighborhood (and, p.s., if you are looking around this neighborhood, stay away from the one at 3866 Utica - the owners are amateurs, who built the space above their garage, are difficult to deal with and don't communicate, and the place is so small that there is no dresser for your clothes and the sloping ceiling is a constant a menace as get in/out of bed, use bathroom, or even just move around!).

This was a great place to stay in Denver. Easy access in and out of the building, right on Tennyson, and it’s got everything you need. Big plus to have laundry in unit, the ability to cook (which came in handy during a snowstorm!) and tons of space. It is located close to a bunch of great restaurants and shops and about a 15 min drive to Downtown Denver. While there is parking around the building, it was a little tricky with the weather. We did have issues throwing out the trash, especially over the weekend as the code didn’t work during certain hours or on Sat/Sunday. There were also some issues on our last day with the main door out being locked, but the host responded super quick to all our questions and issues. I would definitely recommend their rental, and would stay again.
