The kitchen is fully stocked, there is more than enough room for everyone, just moments from 36 highway, set back from the street, and every room was designed to make your stay as fun as it is comfortable. Fun, privacy, comfort, and space is what you will find here.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This home has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably. There are a total of 4 King beds, 1 Queen bed, a massive sleeper sofa, and 4 additional couches.

Bedroom 1 - The stylish master bedroom with a comfortable King size bed and ample closet space is upstairs.
Bedroom 2 - This jungle themed bedroom has a large king bed and ample closet space.
Bedroom 3 - This bright and fun bedroom features a 12-inch memory foam queen mattress.
Bedroom 4 - This huge bedroom features a king bed and makes you feel like you've entered the wild.
Bedroom 5 - This bedroom features a king bed and stays dark well into the morning.

You'll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find two walk-in showers, one of which has a tub too. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There are four stools at the counter for extra seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.

There are two dining areas that are perfect for enjoying a meal. The indoor dining table is nearly 11ft long and has enough chairs for 14 guests! The outdoor dining tables can host 12 guests and has many additional seats in the yard. The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, which is complete with 3 couches, 2 large modern chairs, a beautiful MCM coffee table, board games, and many big windows letting in a lot of light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.

You'll find a recreation room downstairs with a pool table a Mrs. Pacman, darts and more seating.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet and garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. I’m happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 4min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

The Pool is closed for the Winter Months (October 20th - June 1st)

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!

Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.

The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Please ensure you are following the quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. We respect our neighbors very much and expect the same from your group.
