I had the best experience staying at The Curtis. We inquired about early check in and were able to get it, check in was easy, parking was straight forward and easy, the customer service was phenomenal and not mention this place was beyond cute and artsy on the inside. 12/10 would recommend. OH! And I loved the themed floors. We were lucky enough to stay in the horror floor and the husband and I ate horror fanatics.

Front Desk staff had me wait in lobby for 3 hours after telling me that I could do early checkin and that house cleaning was currently cleaning my room. Then the young lady Alison had a matter of fact demeanor when I inquired as to why is it taking 3 hours to clean my room. Did not offer water or anything while I waited and knew my husband was a diamond member.

The Curtis is a very unique and funky place. The staff was very kind and helpful (they even gave us a water and a cookie upon checking in). The decor was so fun and different. And the attached restaurant is really delicious and convenient. We were there for a show at Ball Arena which was only a short walk away.

I was at The Curtis for an event and it was great - the food at the event was awesome. However, The Corner Office - the restaurant attached is poorly staffed and food is not that great for price you have to pay. Room service? You'll have to go down to The Corner Office and get it yourself. More food options would be nice - beyond the 5 and Dime area in the lobby.
