- Located in just 30 minutes from Denver downtown in a quiet neighborhood next to a beautiful lake with the walking/hiking/biking trails around it, this cozy home is an ideal place to get away from all the noises of civilization.
Furnished with high-quality furniture and brand new appliances, with a large living room and a modern kitchen looking out to the privately enclosed backyard, it also features an office space, large TV, high-speed Internet, smart speakers in the living room and bedrooms.

Updated property with a peaceful location
We really enjoyed our stay at this updated home. Everything was clean and well maintained. It is in a quiet neighborhood just across from a park with a playground and a lake.

This is a great house. The playground and walking trails that are located right across from the house are great. All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs which worked out perfectly for our family. The downside had enough space for all of us as well. The hosts were very responsive to any message I sent them.

Christmas Getaway.
We came to town for Christmas with family - and it was wonderful to have additional space for sleeping and showers. We were only in the VRBO at night but it was clean and met our needs. It was nice to come in and see Christmas decorations. The availability of a washer and dryer was a bonus.

Nice spot
The house was nice and had all of the amenities we needed. The lake across the street had a trail all the way around and was nice to walk around. My son enjoyed fishing in it as well! The view across it was beautiful. It was centrally located to all that we needed. We would stay here again.

Lovely and comfortable
Very nicely appointed, clean property. The rooms are comfortable, necessities provided, and we appreciated the two desks. Our kids enjoyed the yard, and the playground immediately across the street from this home. The neighborhood is very peaceful, but there are also a few places to eat and shop within walking distance. We would love to stay here again.

Great location
The house was great! The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The neighbor, Kay, was very friendly and personable. The code didnt work when we first arrived but a quick phone call and we were inside within minutes. The house had everything we needed including complimentary drinks, spices, condiment packets, etc. There was not one thing that we needed that we didnt find in the house. We would definitely stay again!

Great location for our commute to Roggen for our Daughter's Wedding
The house is very clean and well stocked with essentials. It was perfect for our commute into the country which we had to do all week to help prepare for our daughter's wedding. Very updated appliances which we are not use to but it was fun to use the technology. We would stay again if we needed to come out again.

Need to pay more attention to detail maid
The screen doors were dirty and the doors and baseboards need to be cleaned better. Not enough wash clothes or towels . Dishwasher was not empty.
