This is a very nicely appointed hotel. The decor and design are top-notch. The room was clean and attractive. Some nice touches were the wood-like flooring, the bed and side tables with water, wine glasses, reading lights, and charging stations, a minibar and snacks for a fee, complimentary Nespresso and Gourmet Tea, robes, slippers, and an umbrella. The amenities were 5-star. The king room with a city view had an inadequate bath vanity with little to no room to place our grooming supplies, etc., but it was spacious and had some neat amenities. Loved that it had a hand soap dispenser instead of bar soap.
There were restaurants, a coffee shop, and bars on site. You had to pay attention to the open hours because they were limited. We only visited the 7th-floor lounge, which was a very nice, modern space with decent city views and a great place to have a drink and socialize.
The location was convenient and walkable to many eateries and tourist spots. Overall, it was a great stay. My one complaint is the way they apply charges to your credit card. There were multiple charges and credits that did not make sense and required some reconciling with the front desk. They handled it well, but there was unnecessary confusion, even with understanding beforehand of the destination fees. This was another reminder of how you should review and settle your bill before leaving. It did all eventually settle correctly as the staff promised, but it should not be as complicated.
