We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Spacious dual-home retreat
Two separate homes located 0.7 miles apart offer room for everyone to unwind while staying close. Together, they accommodate 16+ guests across 10 bedrooms, 11 beds, and 5 bathrooms. Each home provides its own fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living space with Smart TVs and cozy seating.

Sleeping arrangements
Home 1 - The Modern Cowboy Cottage includes five bedrooms with four king beds and one queen bed, along with two bathrooms.
Home 2 - A Spacious Family-Friendly Retreat includes five bedrooms with four king beds, one queen, and one twin, as well as three bathrooms. Soft linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades ensure restful nights.

Outdoor living
Spend evenings gathered by the fire table or enjoy a leisurely barbecue as the sun sets. Both homes feature inviting patios with outdoor furniture and dining spaces. The fenced yard and covered patio at Home 2 offer a comfortable place for kids and pets to play while adults relax nearby.

Entertainment and family-friendly touches
Inside, you’ll find game rooms with foosball, darts, giant Connect 4, and board games for all ages. Families will appreciate thoughtful extras including a pack ’n play, high chair, and babysitter recommendations.

Comfort and essentials
Each home includes a washer and dryer, heating, air conditioning, ceiling and portable fans, WiFi, and a private entrance. You’ll also find bathroom essentials, bed linens, and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking basics, coffee maker, and dining table.

Pet-friendly convenience
Pets are welcome, and the fenced yard at Home 2 provides a safe outdoor space for them to enjoy. Free parking on-site and street parking make arrival easy, and keypad self check-in adds flexibility.

Nestled in Centennial’s rolling hills, this peaceful suburban setting is minutes from local trails, parks, and shopping. Explore nearby spots such as The Streets at Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, and Park Meadows Mall, or take a short drive to downtown Denver for dining, museums, and attractions.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden and will result in a fine no less than $500.
All fireplaces are decorative only, and currently not operable due to fire safety concerns.
