Updated Urban Retreat Near DIA

Welcome to our Kirk Street Retreat, located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood at Green Valley Ranch of Denver.
Our home has five bedrooms, a master with a king bed, two bedrooms each with a king bed, and two others each with a full bed, enough to accommodate at least 10 people. The 'bonus' fifth bedroom, recently added with no extra charge, is on the ground floor, convenient for small kids or those who do not want to climb upstairs. Due to its original structure, this "bonus" room is partly separated from the family room by a curtain.
We also have a living room with a fireplace; a dining room for 6, a nook for 4, and a gourmet kitchen including a large island, double oven, range, refrigerator, and a dishwasher, and almost every gadget you need at home.
Two family rooms, one downstairs with a futon, a chair, a flat screen TV, DVD and a fireplace; one upstairs with a futon, bench, table and a wet bar. A laundry room is equipped with a new washer and dryer.
Three full bathrooms: The master bath with a jetted tub and a shower; second bath (upstairs) with 2 sinks and a tub; the third bath (downstairs) with a sink and a shower.
The house was built in 2002, but was recently remodeled with eco-friendly bamboo flooring throughout the house. Therefore, to maintain a good and clean environment for Guests, smoking and pets are not allowed in the facility. Our guests will enjoy lots of comfort and coziness in the house. In winter, it is always warm thanks to the central heating system and 2 fireplaces; in summer, it is always cool thanks to the central air-conditioning and the eco-friendly bamboo flooring.
There are lots of restaurants, grocery stores, local shops, golf courses, health care facilities within miles from the home.

My thoughts

All good , however sound travels through out the house You can hear water running and vent fans from the bathrooms while you are napping. The front door has storm door with extremely noisy hinges which can be heard in bedrooms. The coffee pot is dated and very slow.

Nice place

Very nice place with many bedrooms and large living space and kitchen. We enjoyed how close it was to the airport but were a little bummed for how far we were from zoo, downtown, and other areas. Communication with host was very prompt! Would recommend!

Decent home and neighborhood. Sparsely decorated with lots of beds. Very expensive cleaning fee required. Arrived and found dirty oven, food in cabinets, dirty stove, nasty barbecue, dirty toilets and showers.lots of ants in driveway, walkway and back patio. Did not complain because had to much to do dealing with daughter's wedding.

Wonderful House!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was close to the airport and just minutes from shopping and eating. The house was very clean and came with a fully stocked kitchen of plates/cups/cookware etc. Communication with the host was very clear and he was friendly. I highly recommend this house as it’s extremely spacious. There was plenty of room in the house for all of us to be together, or spread apart. Overall great experience, highly recommend!

Colorado Family Gathering

We absolutely loved the house. There were 10 adults and plenty of room. We enjoyed the backyard space when we could. The only draw back was trying to get the house locked up when we left. Could have just been us at 4am not getting it to work properly.

Neighbors was knocking at the door for parking but it was not our car . The neighbors wasn’t pleasant and we did everything to respect. They kept knocking saying they was going tow our rental cars . The house and the host was great but be careful with neighbors

Beautiful and spacious property

My family and I came to Denver for my sons 6th birthday. We loved this home. The house is huge, clean, and in a great location. The owners communicated as needed as well. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Denver.

Base camp for a Monet visit

We enjoyed our stay very much, plenty of room for 10 adult women ranging in age 24 to 72. Owner's response regarding questions was timely. Easy access to local shopping and restaurants, and since we made several trips to the airport coming and going the close proximity was appreciated. Between us there were 3 miss-steps on the stairs between the entrance and dining area. Perhaps something to call attention to that transition would be helpful. Great place for a gathering of friends.

Really enjoyed our stay. Place was clean, and had plenty of room for our party of 9. It does get a little hot in the house, seems as though it may be a bit too large for the AC to keep up. Also Green Valley Ranch in general is pretty far out to the East side. Be prepared for long Uber/Lyft rides and steeper fares. However it is really close to the airport which was nice for our flights out.

So easy...

This entire process was soooo easy. There were 6 ladies visiting for a girls trip....not one major complaint about the accommodations. A miracle. Spacious, clean, responsive owner. The complaint.....someone wanted wine glasses 😂!

Absolutely Perfect

The house was absolutely spotless and perfect location for a conference we attended at the Gaylord Rocky Mountains resort. The owner was very responsive. When we found the coffe pot had a hole in it our first morning, he had us a brand new coffee pot by that afternoon. And the owner went above and beyond to help us get a package one of the ladies had sent to the house. He even hand delivered it after it had been left in the locked mailbox (no mailbox on/at the house itself). We highly recommend this location. Its was everything and more!

Pleasant Stay at Green Valley Ranch

This property was perfect for the large group of 7, all together. The amenities were great with all the kitchen utensils and gadgets we needed, a double oven, and a grill on the back porch. We were very comfortable with plenty of sitting and hanging out room. The open kitchen is perfect for conversing with those in the living room at the same time. The neighbors were quiet and it was a friendly neighborhood. Dong was a very accommodating host and responded very quickly with any questions I had. It’s about 20 minutes away from the airport, downtown, and the Red Rocks. Great location and condition. Thanks again for a great stay!

Large.

House was a great size. Was spotless. Plenty of room for 8 of us. We came to Colorado for my daughters graduation from Regis University PT program. 10 minute ride from airport and car rental. Dong responded quick always. Now the negative. Maybe 5 hangers. Had no place to hang clothes. No dressers either. It would cost $10 to go to Walmart and buy 100 hangers! And as in the reviews the pans were in horrible shape! Also a quick and cheap fix! Could have used more bath towels. Had exactly 8. Also whatever you use to clean the hard wood floors is very slippery. I can’t believe no one has fallen. These are all things other people have stated except no dressers to put clothes in. Wasn’t the worst thing we could have experienced but all cheap to fix and then no one would have a complaint. Except for maybe all the trucks parked in the street which Dong has no control over. It was a very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend house if you don’t mind living out of a suitcase.

Slept eight of us comfortably

We found everything to be comfortable and as described. All of the bedrooms are upstairs except for a converted room downstairs with a double bed - that room is a little unusual because the wall separating it from the living room has an opening with a curtain. Full bathroom downtairs, two full bathrooms upstairs. My only suggestion for the owners is we couldn't find extra linens for the two futons. One futon is upstairs in an open area, the other downstairs along with another couch in the living/t.v. room next to the aforementioned double bed room. Everything was tidy, climate control was comfortable. Location is very convenient for the airport and not far from major highways to get around the area.
