Please note : this property is situated in a working-class family neighborhood and is and convenient to many things like grocery stores and Walmart. Our space is designed for guests looking for the essentials of comfortable living and we strive to provide a welcoming environment, but it's important to understand that some amenities may differ from what one might expect from a hotel setting. This is our home not a hotel if there children playing outside it might be loud during the summer our unit is next to the pool! If a neighbor or their guests is outside smoking there isn’t much we can do about it. Personally haven’t experienced this issue and hopefully it’s a one off experience.
- **Portable Air Conditioning**: The unit is equipped with a portable air conditioning unit, clearly stated in the listing. Please note that it may not cool the entire space as effectively as central air but keeps it comfortable inside.
- **Kitchenware**: The pots and pans provided have detachable handles, which is a unique feature of our kitchenware. We believe this offers flexibility and saves space it’s very practical for cooking needs.
- **Accessibility**: Unfortunately, the condo is not handicap accessible. We recommend considering this when making your reservation. This is also very clear on the listing!!
