Sunset Serenity is the perfect spot for the King Tides! It is a ground floor, end unit so it is peaceful and private. We stayed for four days and were in awe of the tides crashing on the rocks just outside our room. The unit is very well appointed, comfortable, and clean!

The condo had awesome views of crashing waves and felt very private, being located on the south corner of Northpointe Village. We have stayed here before, but on the 2nd/3rd level. It was nice to be able to just walk right out to explore. The bed was super comfortable and everything we needed was there (minus a steamer basket for veggies- but no biggie). Communication from host was excellent as well as the cleanliness of the unit :)

We didn’t see whales. We did see seals swimming. Great location to restaurants, shops, wine tasting, sites. Great pool and unit. Very relaxing and nice place to stay. Would definitely come back.

The condo was perfect. Being an end unit provided more quiet and privacy. The view was spectacular to watch the whales. We did encounter the water shutting off and it was difficult to get a hold of someone. If there was information provided in the condo on who to contact would have been handy.

The Perfect Solo Getaway

I absolutely loved this place! The view was spectacular, with the perfect distance from the ocean. Waking up to the ocean view every morning was simply amazing. The unit was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a cozy bed to a fully stocked kitchen. The location was ideal, with easy access to the restaurants and shops of Depoe Bay, but still quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. The host was also very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again—especially for the stunning sunset views from the first floor porch!

The View Is Worth It!

The property was just what we needed to relax and de-stress. We were lucky enough to be there the weekend of King Tides so the wave action was more glorious than usual. On our first full day we went shopping in Depoe Bay which was just 2 minutes away by car then on to Newport to do some more shopping and sight seeing along the way. For our second full day we snuggled in with the fireplace glowing, football on the nice large screen TV and supplied cable while listening to and watching the waves crashing high against the rocks just feet outside the extra wide sliding glass door. We found all the needed supplies in the well equipped kitchen so we could cook rib eye steaks and veggies on the gas stove top and bake raspberry turnovers in the oven. A chilled glass of wine or two and sigh...wish it didn't have to end so soon.

Really enjoyed our stay! Loved the well stocked kitchen and appreciated the second bathroom. The ocean view was fantastic although the whales stayed hidden from us. Just an fyi- there were fruit flies hanging out in the garbage disposal ( we took care of them!) and a used wash cloth was hung over the shower curtain in the master bath and was missed by your cleaning service. We arrived at dusk and the light out front is burned out. Maybe a light bulb or two in the closet would help. We would have tended to that outside light…also, the night lights were perfect at night. Thank you!

Perfect getaway

This place had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. Location was great, and we saw whales several days from the back patio. Little things were taken care of- plenty of towels, coffee filters, tp, paper towels, detergent, dishwashing pods. We just had to buy food. Comfortable bed. Great supermarket within 15 minutes so we didn’t have to trek to Newport. Lots of interesting sites in and around Depoe Bay. We highly recommend it.

Whales whales whales. We were lucky enough to be there for a lot of whale activity. Can’t count how many times we saw whales from this unit in 5 days. Even when it was dark, we more than once heard them blowing at night. Very nice unit clean Easy check in. Fully equipped kitchen. Bed is a very soft sink in type of matress FYI. Not firm at all, this is the only place I think could use improvement. We had a wonderful stay.

Very cute first floor unit. Right on the ocean with a nice back patio to enjoy the surf and sunsets. Nicely furnished and a well-equipped kitchen. Would stay there again.
