This time, Jessica, the front desk manager, reached out to me before my arrival to ensure my request for a fully elevator-accessible room—and one without any water leak issues—was taken care of. 「We have chosen this apartment hotel because of the facilities offered and we find that they are up to standard. The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that it is near the S-Bahn station and we can hear the noise of the trains at night. The hotel location is excellent, only a short walk to Hackescher Markt station and 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. 」
