"The hotel is close to Derby Train Station and it’s an easy walk into Derby City Centre as well. Only downside was the lift was out off order and it was my wife staying and she has health problems which made it a bit hard fir her to get to her room but apart from that she said she will use the Hitel again. "We were arriving late in the night. Called the number and it was manager Gabriela who answered it. She was very helpful and provided complete instructions on what to do on arrival. Even upgraded us to a triple room since our 6 year old decided to join us. Breakfast was elaborate and super quick. Tried both the haddock and salmon. Highly recommend both. The hotel is just 25 minutes from Alton towers where we had planned to visit."
