This is the "Allegra", a large, modern, and comfortable house spanning two stories with two separate apartments on the property. You will enjoy the convenience of having a private swimming pool, internet WiFi, and on-site parking during your vacation rental stay in Dervio, Italy.

The property boasts a spacious 400 square meter fenced area with a lawn and wildlife garden. Relax by the angular, heated swimming pool (7 x 3 meters, 130 cm depth) available seasonally from April 1st to October 30th. An outdoor shower and pool maintenance by the owner/gardener are provided.
Other Information
Linen and towel changes are available at an additional charge upon request. Room cleaning services can also be arranged for an extra fee. Please note that the property does not have an elevator, but baby equipment is available on request (extra charge). The owner only accepts groups of teenagers upon request and does not allow youth groups.

The kitchen also features a dining table and an exit to the veranda. A bath, bidet, and WC are also located on this level. Heading upstairs, you'll find an open living/dining room with a TV and access to a balcony, as well as another double bedroom and an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. The upper level also has a shower, bidet, and WC.
