「If you need to be on campus, this is the perfect spot! Squeaky clean, it has everything you need. The only small issue is the on-street parking which was tricky during the relays but I’m sure is better other times during the year. It was quiet and the other tenants were considerate.. loved it! 」

「The apartment was just what we were looking for for a weekend in Des Moines with my daughter, and our dog. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and the place was cozy. And it was just minutes away from the restaurants, farmers market, and other sites we want to visit. most places were under 10 minutes awa. The area was a pet friendly too with green space and nice neighborhood for walks and plenty of street parking 」

「There were several issues. The lock box with the keys couldn't be opened, no one knew the code. The automatic deadbolt lock wouldn't open with number pad and could not be fixed remotely. An employee came to building to help and had me download app and it worked but took over 2 hours to get things working and I was late to an engagement. The TV never worked even with texts and calls made to report it. I was told someone would be fixing that and the microwave but they never showed. 」
