"My wife and I booked this property so we could get a feel for the neighborhood and we loved it. The property is small but has everything you need to stay for a week of two, including parking which is a big plus. The location is very convenient, it's a residential neighborhood but just 10 minutes away from shops and restaurants and you can walk to Alki beach through a park in about 45 minutes."

"We enjoyed our stay at Little Tides property. It has ample space, a nice clean refrigerator, two bathrooms, amazing king bed, a stove (though we didn't use it). We appreciated having the washer and dryer to use for our stay. Donna was great to work with if we had any questions or little concerns that were handled promptly. We would love to stay again if we are in the area."

"Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...
