The room was reasonably clean. Shower water pressure was poor. The TV in the room did not work well; the on/off remote button did not function. The TV in the breakfast area could not be turned on. Breakfast was disappointing; it lacked tea, juice, yogurt, fruit, bread/bagles.

I rented several rooms for out of town family, visiting for my daughter’s wedding. The staff was so helpful! The gentleman who checked us in took time to let everyone be on the same floor and in the same general vicinity. The stay was just about the only thing that went off without a hitch.

Our room was VERY clean and that’s the most important part. The building itself needs lots of work. Breakfast was very limited, only waffles and cereal. No fruit, juice, yogurt, etc.

Horrible customer service, asked for towels due to being drenched while checking in as it was a monsoon out and was handed a shredded ripped section of a towel. Woman at front desk was rude and unhelpful, management no where to be found.

The property was clean, but there were kids running around yelling and screaming up and down the hallway, the soda machines didn’t work, the elevator was not working the night I moved in, I had to carry all my bags up a stairway in the back of the hotel, and then walk all the way back up towards the front, just overall a real miserable stay.

We were there for maybe ten minutes before checking right back out. Dead bugs on the bed, bodily fluid stains on the bedding, a non-smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. And the door to the room wasn’t safe as it wouldn’t shut correctly. On top of it all, they are refusing to refund anything at all and I’ve had to open a case with corporate. I have traveled a lot and I’ve never had this bad of an experience anywhere. We got a spot at a Holiday Inn Express for a little bit more maybe 10 minutes away that was cleaner and more secure. Don’t bother coming here. It looks nothing like the photos.

At 10pm someone tried to kick in our room door! I called the front desk manager and he kept saying this is a safe place. Wouldn’t switch us rooms wouldn’t refund us our money nothing. Not to mention on my receipt upon departure checkout, there was a miscellaneous deposit of $50 taken from my card
