The staff were really friendly and helpful. We have stayed here three times, and the staff have always been the best amenity. However, this last stay, we felt the room wasn't as clean. Still a 4, but not a 5. We will continue to stay here when we visit Pleasant Hill.

The room was not very clean. It was dusty and there was trash from prior guests left behind. The windows had dirt caked on them. The hot tub was nice. The pool was "out of service" but was still being used. The front desk attendants were very nice.

Staff was great!! She was dealing with a lot of customers concerning the ever changing weather conditions. Started out as a possibility of snow on Sunday and instead became a Blizzard Warning for Sunday coming thru Saturday afternoon. She handled it all like a pro!!

Our 2 day stay here was rough. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub, which was out of use due to chemical problems. While I know this happens, I had called the day prior to our stay (as I was making the reservation) and the staff lied to me, saying that it was open. (We later learned it had been closed for over a week already.) The pool room was very cold, as was the water. No water fun for a stay that was literally scheduled for water fun. We had a suite (door between 2 sleeping spaces) and the heater in the 2nd room didn't work and kept tripping the breaker. It was FREEZing! The alarm woke us up at 6am (even though we had not set it) and there was tape on the ceiling/walls (left from some party, probably?)
