Be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. The Waterbury neighborhood is in the center of the Des Moines Metro area- steps from The Willow on Grand, a short drive to Drake University, Valley Junction, Jordan Creek Town Center and Des Moines University. This comfortable home has 3 bedrooms (2 queens 1 full), a private shaded deck with a fenced in back yard. Pet friendly! And a spacious kitchen with all of the essentials. The sunny family room has comfortable seating and a dining area with room for 6.

Needs a good deep clean ! Air vents full of dust esp in bathroom - blinds in the living room were filthy and falling down ….id recommend some TLC and a deep clean.

Wonderful Stay

There were 6 of us (3 couples) who came to town for an Iowa State football game. This property was very affordable and provided the perfect place to come back and rest/talk after an exciting weekend in Ames. The house itself is a bit drafty so I would recommend you bring some extra blankets if you get cold at night, but the space itself was clean, comfortable, and well managed.

Perfect getaway

The home was perfect for a family weekend. It's large enough to provide personal space, but still cozy. Everything was clean and the location provided easy access to restaurants and activities. Kitchen was furnished with all the basics to make it easy to prepare meals at home. Anna was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Cute & Comfortable in Des Moines

We were REALLY happy with our stay at this cute house. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, easy to find, with the cutest little boutique shopping/bar/restaurant neighborhood just a couple blocks away, and convenient to tourist areas that Des Moines offers. The house was VERY clean, with all of the amenities. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Des Moines.
