I had a great experience staying at WoodSpring Suites in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. The staff was absolutely amazing and always helpful. Tonya was especially wonderful—she always greeted me with a smile, was friendly, helpful, and never made me feel like I was a bother. She truly made my stay more comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean, friendly place with great customer service. Thank you to Tonya and the entire staff for making my stay such a positive experience!

No front desk after hours, I think I woke someone up when I pressed ZERO on the house phone. The room was exactly what you might expect for $75 all in. Looked like a prison barrack. It had a small kitchen area, but two rock hard plastic chairs, a laminate floor and it smelled quite musty. It was also raining, and it sounded like raindrops were hitting an internal vent or something. Happy to sleep and get out of there.
