"We felt right at home in this unit. Hearing the waves and being able to sit on the porch and watch the ocean was relaxing. The third bathroom was not in a bedroom, but it worked out OK - we told our teenage grandson that was his! The property manager, Grizelle (sp) was very accommodating. We enjoyed our 4 day stay immensely."

"Renters BEWARE: On March 26, 2019, my family checked into this Villa. We immediately felt apprehensive when we noticed the slick tile in the patio area. From a far, it looked very slick and upon closer inspection, you can clearly see that it is wet from ocean spray. Additionally, the wall that separates the balcony from the water is only 2-3 feet tall. Anyone could slip and fall over. To further exemplify this concern, my two year old daughter fell outside. "Our experience at the Coconut Palms Inn was so wonderful, we have told all our friends that it is our absolute favorite place on the Island. The room was spotless clean, the garden area was the most inviting place to share some coffee and a good read, the back balcony at sunset and later was spectacular. The manager, Mrs.Valerie B. Rivera was so helpful, cordial, and respectful that my wife and I felt we were at home. Shed gave us a warm welcome, provided fast and helpful support, offered recomendations of excellent restaurants and had a positive attitide, respect and empathy throughout or stay. "
