「Pros: Good hotel, Food is perfect, New renovated hotel, Staff is helpful. Cons: Reception staff is not professional enough, calling reception from room is a nightmare, reception is mostly occupied and in a small area, SPA is very expensive and not professional at all, Beach bed is muddy, slippery and not good at all Pool bars serve only beverages, no snacks permitted!! No night entertainment!! 」

「Urlaub 22.05.24 Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Chedi. Vom CEO bis zum Lifeguard waren alle sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Besonders möchten wir in diesem Zusammenhang Raphaela Kalla (Guest Relation Manager) hervorheben. Sie war stets bemüht alle Fragen und Wünsche zu erfüllen. Aussergewöhnlich und nicht selbstverständlich. Das Chedi wird immer eine Option für einen Urlaub sein. Beste Grüße DO 」

「Fin resort som innehåller många trevliga aktiviteter. Man behöver inte åka till stan, nästan allt finns i resorten. Väldigt trevliga personal, fina rum, god mat med många sorter. Rekommenderar dock ej massagetjänsten. 」

「Zum 2ten Mal hier. Alles prima, wie letztes Jahr. Komfortables, schönes Hotel mit gutem Service an privilegierter Lage. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, besonderes Lob an Hanna! Prima Frühstücksbuffet und tolles Seafood Dinner. Leider keinen direkten Strand mit Zugang zum Meer, aber das Boot zum Zeytouna Beach fährt stündlich.」

「Die Unterkunft war sauber, wunderbares liebes Personal. Uns haben die Malzeiten beeindruckt. Die Unterhaltung ist ok aber eher für Deutsche ausgelegt. Was besser war als vor einem Jahr war das wir weniger aggressive Verkäufer hatten für Ausflüge. Was uns aber zu denken gab, so viel Personal, und keinem kommt in den sinn mal Schmutz, Plastik zusammen zu nehmen. Vor allem am Strand entlang wird keine 10 Minuten investiert um diesen etwas zu sauber für die Gäste zu halten. Leider konnten wir das...

「Hotel bonito las instalaciones muy bonitas las piscinas y la playa pero la gestión del hotel un desastre, hotel donde van muchos egipcios y es un desastre porque la gente arrasa con la comida para luego tirar casi todo no tienen modales! Menús repetitivos poca variedad y comida muy mala! Cuando se acaba la comida no reponen nada más así que si no vas cuando abren en punto quizás te quedas sin nada una vergüenza para un hotel “5 estrellas” instalaciones muy pero que muy sucias! habitaciones...

「The service and the rooms are good. However the quality of the food and variety was poor. Need to be careful as I got a stomach bug which is common in Egypt but it usually comes from local water and the drinks they use with ice are using tap water and fruit and veg is washed with tap water. 」
