Welcome to Casa Yaqui! Why rent a 500 sq ft room that sleeps two people at a hotel, when you can rent this beautiful and spacious 1,760 sq ft home with your own private pool and spa that sleeps up to six people. Now that is a great value!!! This beautiful 3 BR, 2.5BA, 1,760 sq ft, mid-century modern open floor style sanctuary is just 10 minutes from Downtown Palm Springs. This beautiful home is located in the historic B Bar H Ranch community. This is one of the "Cocktail Homes" built by Modern Living Spaces in 2005. This particular model was named after the cocktail “Brandy Alexander” and is one of the most popular in the B Bar H Ranch community. It's a stargazer's paradise. There is a salt water pool and spa with plenty of privacy. The backyard was designed for entertaining with a built in gas BBQ, outdoor dining table, and plenty of seating. You will love the incredible night skies from the front courtyard as you're enjoying a nice refreshing drink by the fire pit.

We at Casa Yaqui understand that many of you are concerned over the COVID-19, (coronavirus), and with good cause. We want our guests to know that we are taking every precaution necessary to ensure that our home is safe and sanitized before each guest checks-in. Our cleaning staff has been instructed to sanitize all areas that can be of concern for the COVID-19 virus. We want you to know that our home is safe and sanitized for you and your guests.

POOL
Pool is not heated during the summer months. Due to the rising price and delays in delivery of propane we are restricting the number of days of pool heating to a maximum of three (3) consecutive nights per stay. Pool is automated and operated remotely by host. There is a $125 per day fee to heat the pool. Pool is heated to 80 degrees. It takes approximately 24 hours to heat the pool, so a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Guests will be required to pay by “Money Request “ through Vrbo immediately after booking but no later than 24 hours prior to check-in, no exceptions. Pool will not be heated if payment has not been processed prior to check-in. Please check weather conditions before booking. Pool lights are programmed to turn off at 11pm. There will be no refunds issued once payment is processed. Pool is serviced twice a week on Monday and Thursday mornings. Please do not touch pool equipment. Pool heater may not turn on if pool equipment is tampered with in which case there will be no refunds issued. Pool equipment is monitored.

SPA
There is a $60 per night charge to heat the spa. Spa is heated to 95 degrees. Spa is automated and operated remotely by host. Payments must be made and processed after booking, but no later than 24 hours prior to check-in. Payments made by “Money Request” through Vrbo. There is a maximum of 4 hours of heating per night. It takes approximately one hour to heat and is included in the 4 hours of heating. NO BUBBLE/FOAM SOLUTIONS ALLOWED IN SPA!!! Please do not touch pool equipment. There is a 10pm cutoff time for the spa, this is due to the "Quite Hours” ordinance in the County of Riverside (10pm to 7am). Please let us know as early as possible and prior to check-in via inbox what day(s) and hour(s) you would like the heated spa to be ready so we can program it into our automated system. No refunds for heating of spa once charges have been processed. Please check weather and wind conditions prior to requesting use of spa heater.

USE OF POOL AND OR SPA IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

We try to keep the pool clear of debris, but due to windy conditions during the months of February through the end of October, there may be debris in the pool. We do have pool service twice a week. There is a pool net located above pool equipment. Please empty debris into round gray plastic trash can by gray storage box.

Please be aware that this home is on a propane and septic system. Propane and electricity is very expensive, so please do not run heater/AC when away from home. Please make sure to take short showers and do not let water run.

There are security cameras located outside; one monitoring the entry, one monitoring the driveway, one monitoring the pool equipment, one monitoring the side, and one monitoring the backyard. There are no camera's located inside. These camera's are required by our homeowners insurance company and only viewed when there is an issue. Tampering with cameras and or WiFi will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refunds for any unused nights.

There is absolutely no smoking of any sort inside the home.

We have a strict no pets policy due to coyotes! If you are traveling with a service (assistance) animal, please notify us in advance and provide documentation. Owners bring service animals at their own risk. There is a $100 charge for unauthorized pets in the home.

Winds of up to 60 mph start at the middle of February and last until October.

Fireplace and small outside refrigerator are nonfunctional.
