“Great work trip, perfect location ”

“It was the perfect size room for me, my wife, and my 8-year-old daughter. The location was amazing. It was a one minute walk into the heart of Baytown. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Victoria was such an amazing host and did whatever she could to make sure we had chairs for the beach! The house was the perfect amount of space for my husband and I but there was additional space for even more guests if you need it. The house was immaculate when we arrived and she had everything you would need in the kitchen to whip up a meal. The beach is really a two minute walk and is within 5-10 minutes of anything you could want to do. I couldn’t have asked for a better place stay!!”

“Only problem we had was finding where to park on the first night. Directions need to be a little more clear on that but otherwise it was great!”

“The parking and check in instructions were not very clear whatsoever, but DO NOT expect to get anyone on the phone to tell you where to park or even where your room is. Once you do get someone on the phone, they aren’t able to tell you anything about the property or where you are supposed to park. Once you finally can park, you have to make a ten minute walk to your condo. Don’t worry about catching the tram to your condo, because the only one that comes by your DIRT PARKING LOT goes across the……

“Clean, hotel-like studio as described (though at least a hotel provides items (coffee, creamer, filters) to make coffee in the room. View looks away from beach - but check out the roof top deck. Included garage parking was nice, grocery store, shops and several restaurants are a short drive away. Beware - this unit is managed by Vacasa (another rental agency) and response times to questions were slow, no option for early check-in, and charged for a later same day checkout. The fees were as……

“Highly recommend this place. The condo unit itself is very cute and was SO clean when we checked in. View with balcony is so perfect and the fact that the condo has the beach chairs and umbrella service included is the best! Great place, will be staying here again. Overall property a little outdated but condo unit is updated and we were there for beach so it was perfect for us! ”

However, this place was open to 18 and I’m thankful they trusted us to be respectful and courteous of the property.The property itself worked our perfect for the 4 of us and matched the photos and descriptions online!”

“This was the perfect spot for our wedding prep trip! We brought our dog along and he enjoyed the walks we went on. Happy we had beach access and we were in walking distance to our favorite restaurant Louisiana Lagniappe! Highly recommend this little spot if you’re traveling with your pups! ”
