Nice property. Not facing the beach like we hoped but still a great view of the beach. Loved that the unit provided us with beach chairs and an umbrella to use on the beach. Host checked on us throughout the time and was very responsive.

Location was great, right on the beach! View was beautiful and the pools are really nice. There was an elevator right outside of the condo which was convenient. Condo had everything we needed for cooking breakfast or dinner. Furniture was comfortable. I recommend this condo!

Quick Beach Access

Smooth check-in process. Views of the ocean were beautiful and just a short walk directly to the beach. Quiet neighbors and didn't get any outside noises while in the condo. Overall a great stay!

Perfect family vacation

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo perfect for a quiet family vacation. Balcony doesn’t actually face the ocean, more on the side of the building so a little hard to enjoy the view. Condo was clean and beds very comfortable.

Great location and spacious condo

Conveniently located next to an elevator (although it was out of order at the time) luckily the stairs were right there as well and a great alternative. lots of storage space and we loved using the balcony. the pools and easy beach access were lovely and the pelican cafe food was actually really good. we would definitely stay here again!

Great Host

The host texted me personally to make sure everything was good after check-in. Everything was clean and had all the supplies there I needed. I could see the beach and pool from the balcony which was nice.

Had a great stay

We enjoyed this property and had a great time! This was our first trip to the Destin region. The condo was very clean & we really enjoyed having the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to take our stay up a notch. The elevator next to the unit was out of order half the stay but we didnt mind taking the stairs.

Nice, clean unit with excellent beachside views.

Entire complex is undergoing a painting project but we were made aware of this before arrival and excellent communication was maintained about the progress. Very nice, clean and roomy condo with great gulf views.

Visited Destin for the first time with college friends The condo was great. The owner communicated well. We knew exactly what to expect and what to do when we arrived. Everything worked and was very clean. Couldn’t be happier.

Boys trip

Took my dad (65), and younger brother (32) on a long boys weekend. Property was as described and perfect. Good ocean view. Building has nice layout for all rooms to have an ocean view, even as the furthest room back from the beach. Elevator next to room was out of order, which required a little more walking, but was nothing problematic. Would stay again!
