Great Location

Perfect location! First floor for easy access, but still has an amazing view of the beach since it’s on the far corner. It’s also near the public beach access that has a ramp, so this would be great for young children or anyone with mobility issues. The condo unit was well maintained and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating too. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Excellent stay

Perfect STR. Had everything you need to stay a full week. Beautiful location. Only suggestion is there are so many kitchen amenities that the cabinets are full and there is no room in the cabinets to put any groceries. This is our first 30A trip and this place made it memorable. We will be back.

Amazing!

This condo was everything we hoped for! First floor location was beyond convenient. Easy parking and you walk right up to your door. Two luxurious king sized beds...so comfortable! Kitchen had everything that you will need. A perfect gulf view where we watched birds and tons of dolphin from the patio. Did I mention it was hard to leave the patio?!?! The beach is just a few steps from the room and so easy to come in and out from a day on the sand! Close to anywhere you want to go on 30a. We loved our stay!

Convenient

There were some disappointments: 1)advertised a workout facility, but when we arrived it was under renovation. 2) bathrooms need some deep cleaning (mold present in shower, only one hair dryer was clean enough to use) 3) area rug in living area was in need of cleaning. On the positive side, access to the unit was wonderful! No need to use the elevator.
