「Double edged sword with this property. Great location-our unit could easily see the Beach but it was above Shelby’s bar and grill and on the corner of a very busy intersection. So convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping but loud.
The air conditioner really needs upgrading. There was a portable unit in the bedroom that was very loud. Ok for white noise and drowning out traffic but it wouldn’t stay on!」

「Great place. Only thing is definitely need some updating…Their were paint stains smeared all on the Master bedroom curtains. Update appliances, not a lot to cook with. Other than that Great location and I recommend. 8/10」

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.

「Was worried about unit being across the street from ocean. I’ve always stayed in condos with direct access to beach. The location of this one was ideal and the walk was very short. Plus the last renters gifted their beach chairs and that made the beach stay even better! I highly recommend spending the money for chairs if they are no longer there. The bike rental is another short walk and will definitely want to rent bikes for at least two days and drive to high ends of 30A. We used those to...
