「Outstanding impeccably clean condo. Nicely renovated, soft bed, nice community pool for adults and kids. Excellent communication from the host. Couple blocks from the public beach and restaurants. Two adults enjoyed the condo, but no place to layout your clothes so we used the lower bunkbed. Located in the Sweet Spot of 30A, great relaxing feel. 「Great location and plenty of room for my son and I! The place was clean, well kept and spacious. The only negative was that the toilet stopped flushing a few times and I had to take off the back and fix the chain myself and the shower didn’t drain well, but outside of the plumbing issues it was a nice place! 「Our family of four (3y and 10m littles) loved our stay here and would absolutely come back. It’s so near the beach or the boarded beach access, we had no issues pulling our wagon with kids in tow for a quick walk over. I love that it’s near Seaside and other restaurants/shops but it’s much more quiet and quaint. The house itself was perfect for us, the screened in porch was our fav every day for meals and games. We can’t wait to book again!」
