Your dream vacation awaits at this luxury escape 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo. you’ll love the fantastic amenities of an indoor pool, outdoor pools with a poolside bar, two hot tubs, spa, and a Gulf-view fitness center. Enjoy beach service for two at the private beach accessed by a private Emerald Grande Shuttle Boat (runs every 15 minutes during peak season)! Located steps away is Harbor Walk Village where you can find water sports rentals, fishing charters, aqua adventures, clubs and nightlife, fireworks, live entertainment, and fantastic dining options.

Inside you will find a newly renovated unit with a King suite opening to a private balcony and en-suite bath, second bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom, and a third bedroom featuring a full sized bed and bathroom accessed by the bedroom and also the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy our kitchen with granite countertops, eat-in bar, and a private in-unit washer/dryer, making you feel right at home.

A $45/day fee is included in the booking price for signature and beach services.

Emerald Grande is located on the Destin Harbor and offers unbeatable views throughout the complex. Hop on a pontoon boat and head over to Crab Island to enjoy a day of fun in sun. Surrounded by HarborWalk Village, entertainment is available for all ages. Numerous restaurants, waterfront shopping, nightlife, and access to boat rentals are all within a short walk. The condo was nice and accommodating for our 6 guests. On Thursday night, the music from McGuire’s across the highway plays way into the wee hours and the restaurant/bar in the Emerald Grande closed by 9p (too early in my opinion). The kitchen was ok but light on options for cookware. The area was ok, crowded and touristy if that works for you.

Awesome stay!

This place made the best summer vacation. Everything was convenience to the resort, it was all within walking distance. Rented a boat and got 10% off showing our room key. We enjoyed watching and listening to the band on our balcony from McGuire's. The beds are all comfortable ,everything was clean. Communication was very nice.

Fantastic Unit Great Stay

Second time in Destin and The Emerald Grand. This unit had plenty of room with a lovely kitchen. While sitting on the balcony we could see Crab Island and listen to the music from McGuire's. We stayed in the main bedroom facing McGuire's and didn't have any issue with the music. Love that it's right next to the elevator and never had any issue with either. When we return, we will definitely look for this unit first.

Great but….

The room was great. However, since we were on the back side of the property, McGuires was really loud until about 1am. I had a fan on, 2 earplugs and a sound machine. It was really loud.

Great unit in the middle of all the action

First time in Destin & we will definitely be back. Fabulous corner unit in Emerald Grande, 3rd floor facing Crab Island. Super comfortable for our group of 6. Well equipped kitchen, spacious and clean. Thank you!
