A couple of challenges we had, the Internet was very weak, and wouldn’t work in the second bedroom, the -Air Condition did not cool the second bedroom, the oven would not hold temperature.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rugs in both bedrooms filthy. Arms of sofa need cleaning. Bed spread on King size bed looks old and dirty. 2 doubles in master make crunching noise when you sit down on them, can only imagine what they sound like if one rolls over. New sliding door needs adjustment so it closes properly. I am the husband of renter. Would NOT rent this unit in its current condition

George is a gem! Our condo experience was mostly positive. The couch was disgustingly dirty and we kept a sheet covering it all week. The pullout couch had a dirty mattress cover on it, not good! The windows really need to be cleaned! Could hardly see through the dirt on them from the kitchen.Condo needed a better SAND vacuuming before we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The nice features are that it is in a quieter beach area, convenient to everything. It is a very short walk to the beach which was nice. The bedrooms need to be renovated next with new mattresses. The weather was somewhat cold and we didn't get to enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked.
