Great vacation

Husband, son, daughter-in-law and I loved the condo and how close it is to the beach. We enjoyed having breakfast and lunches on the balcony with a view of the beautiful ocean beyond the sand dunes. It was nice having the beach chairs and umbrella included. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation! Thank you!

Our vacation

I believe the only negatives would be carpet in bedrooms smelled, building are built thin so if someone above you isn’t understanding of that, you will here them all night long. I also believe the management company should make aware of smoking laws. Medical card or not, when the smell of smoke is inside your unit with children, it’s very annoying. Should be only allowed outside of units!!!! Other than that, great location, beautiful beaches and pools!!! I would stay at the property again for sure, also the beach restaurant is good! And all the staff at the location are very attentive and pleasant .

The condo was as advertised

The condo was everything I expected us to be and the property was nice. Easy access to the beach. Rental umbrella and beach chairs come with the stay. The only issue I experienced was one guy took up 100 ft of the shoreline with 8 fishing poles spread out and catered into the ocean. This prevented anyone from getting in the water in that area because of the hooks. Security was called but did nothing about the situation. The rods were setup up at least 8 hours of the day.

Needs TLC

Location was great. Weather sucked and we could barely get in the water. Place needs updated and DEEP cleaning! Air vents have mold and there were ants in the kitchen and baths. They came and sprayed but that seemed to make it worse. Sliding door is old and needs replaced. The door to deck in the bedroom is almost falling off the hinges. The bathroom towel racks are all rusty and the shower rods too. You would think that with the money they charge per night that they could afford a few $20-30 new upgrades. Not sure if these are all owned by the same place or individuals because I called the manager but didn’t get a call back. I would stay here again but definitely not in this unit!
