Nice Condo & Great Location

Condo was spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was close to restaurants, groceries and attractions. Also great to have a private beach with lounge chairs and umbrella. And the view from the condo balcony is spectacular! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location in Destin FL!

Great rental with amazing views of Destin Beach! We had a lovely visit in this spacious and comfortable unit, complete with relaxing sounds of the ocean. Additionally, communication with the property manager was timely and responsive. Hope to stay at this wonderful unit at Breakers East during our next visit to FL!

We were on the 8th floor...the dog was on the 9th. Beautiful property overall.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Breakers East many times, and we always find it a relaxing place to settle in and enjoy the beach, the ocean and the overall ambience of Destin.This unit is beautiful, lovely furniture and best of all really good lighting for those who like to read and do crossword puzzles. Comfy beds. Great shower. We have signed up to stay here again next year. I have several suggestions for the new owners. The microwave is rusty inside and should be replaced. The toaster oven did not work so we used the less easy toaster. I would say someone should go through the stuff in the kitchen and discard and replenish. It also needs some dishrags. The broken tiles on the balcony are a real hazard to cause tripping and should be fixed before someone falls. My last suggestion is for the owners to remove their stuff from the master bedroom closet. Although we managed with the hanging rack in the bedroom, we missed the use of the closet.I understand that these are new owners - they have a beautiful place and could make it much more comfortable for the next guests.Breakers East and Your Assistant at the Beach are the BEST!

Look no further for a great stay in Destin! Breakers East is our favorite place to stay in the area. The views are unparalleled and the condos in this building are so accommodating and spacious! We had a great time, the place was better than the pictures. The corner spot was nice having the light from the side and I love how the deck is furnished. We had plenty of space to all spent most of our time out there. This was not our first stay at Breakers East so we knew we would love the place in general. Something worth mentioning, they have some beach toys you can borrow so you don't need to buy/bring your own. The owner was very responsive and we had no concerns. Already booked again for next year!
