We welcome you to enjoy a lifestyle of peacefulness at Emerald Breeze Hideaway. The gracious floor plan allows everyone to take advantage of having all guests under one roof with the privacy of having your space with the private pool, patios, balconies, and game room.



Upon arrival, tiled mosaic steps lead you to the second-floor entrance which hosts three of the bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom with king bed, boasts a private balcony with comfy chairs overlooking Lake Caroline. Sit inside & enjoy the charming bench window with a plethora of sunlight or sit outside enjoying the outdoors. The ensuite bathroom has a single vanity, private soaking tub and tiled shower and commode and the room is complete with a walk-in closet. The 2nd guest bedroom has access to the front porch with two adirondack chairs, tall ceilings and the bathroom has a tiled shower with vanity and quartz countertop. The 3rd bedroom sleeps three in a twin bunk over full bunk and has a beautiful free-standing tub with shower. All three bedrooms have flat screen TV’s, ceiling fans and closets. If washing clothes is your favorite past time a stackable full-sized washer and dryer is available on this floor.



The top floor opulence speaks for itself with an incredible space for engaging in memorable conversations. The entire living space, kitchen and dining area is blessed with the warmth of beautiful hand scraped wood floors, natural sunlight filtering through the vaulted ceilings, wood beams and the abundance of windows encompassing the area offering incredible views and two great balconies! One balcony off the living room provides views of the Gulf pass and the other is off the kitchen with a view of the Harbor, both allow you to watch the colorful sunsets. The kitchen will not disappoint your family or guest chef. The kitchen is equipped with copper light fixtures, Kitchen Craft cabinets with under-mount lighting, granite countertops, farmhouse sink and stainless-steel appliances reflecting a sense of class and cleanliness. Appliances include one of two refrigerators, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler along with offering a choice of a combo Keurig/Coffee maker for your brewing pleasure.



The dining room table offers seating for (6) and the counter stools with seating for (4). Feel free to dine alfresco on the patio off the kitchen, seating for (2) and let your chosen grill master create a feast using the gas grill on the upper deck. Powder room is located on the top floor. The open living area features a large flat screen TV with (2) large sofas and (2) chairs where you can snuggle up to enjoy movies, play games around the coffee table or just kick back with a great book.



The first floor space has been converted into a second living area and bunk room. It includes ping pong table, full-sized refrigerator with plenty of games for casual fun. The entertainment bunkroom has a (2) sets of twin beds, this bedroom shares bathroom access with one of the guest bedrooms upstairs.



The fenced in backyard is the ultimate entertaining area with swimming pool overlooking Lake Caroline (can be heated upon request for an additional $50 per night), brick paved deck, outdoor furniture, shower and screened in porch with seating for (6).



Again, stroll the sand dunes to enjoy the sugar-white sands of the beach between your toes with the convenience of the beach showers, restrooms & seasonal beach chair rental service and bike rental service. If you don’t feel like walking the complimentary tram runs seasonally and will pick you up and drop you off. Upon returning from the beach take a refreshing dip in one of the two swimming pools, hot tubs or children’s splash pad. For the active vacationer, Destin Pointe offers tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, bike rental service, community gas grills and picnic tables are also available by the pools.

• Age Requirements - You MUST be 25 years or older to book this property & must be staying in the townhome for the duration of the reservation.

• No Smoking - This unit is a smoke free unit. Hefty penalties will apply if evidence of smoking is found or smelt.
