Jade East is a high-end beachfront condo in the heart of Destin offering easy access to all the dining and excitement that Destin and Miramar Beach has to offer!

✹ Numerous restaurnts are within walking distance including: Mimmo's Italian, The Back Porch, Merlins Pizza, The Gulf Club Restaurant and Pub, Parlor Donuts, The Pancakery, and more!

✹ For family entertainment, Big Kahuna's WaterPark, The Track are within walking distance with Urban Air Trampoline Park a mile away.

✹ No smoking

✹ No parties or loud music - occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.

✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay - in the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.

✹ Cancellation policy: one hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable.
