-Beach is directly across the street; a 1-2 min walk from door. Easy walk across Scenic Hwy 98 to coded gate access to private beach .

BEACH TOWNHOME:
This beautiful spacious three-bedroom townhouse is over 1800 sq ft of space over 3 floors, sleeping 9 guests very comfortably. Free Parking for two cars in driveway. Outdoor shower spray hose to wash off sand. Loaded with conveniences and amenities to enjoy a long stay with family and friends.

HOUSE RULES:
-Check in is at 4pm, Check out at 10am. Our cleaners need time to clean and prepare the home for the next guest to meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality. I will let you know if early check in is available, for a $50 fee.
- This vacation home is a No Smoking home. Please refer to our digital guidebook for everything you need to know about staying with us!
- Every guest must sign our renter's agreement within upon booking. Check in instructions are sent ONLY if renter's agreement and security deposit hold iare completed at least 2 weeks prior to arrival .Guests must be 21 yrs of age and above to book. Exceptions for 18-21 yr olds are made on a basis by case basis (e.g. young married couple, military).
- A hold (not charge) of $500 is made on credit card used for booking and is automatically released if there are no damages 7 days after departure.
- There are two outward facing cameras on the property for our guests protection. One is in the front of the house at the entrance door and the other on the back patio facing the backyard.
- Parking Passes are assigned by the HOA and cost $25 to replace. Lost tags upon departure will be charged $25 per tag from security deposit hold.
- Electric vehicles cannot be charged at the house due to fire hazard; our insurance prohibits it. If electric vehicles are found using house electricity to charge, a $50 fee will be deducted from the deposit.
- Guest count exceeding max number of guests (11), will be charged $100 per extra guest per night.

STORM/HURRICANE/ADVERSE WEATHER POLICY: In the event that a mandatory evacuation is issued by Okaloosa County, we will issue a full refund. If a mandatory evacuation is not issued we do NOT issue any refunds. We HIGHLY recommend obtaining TRAVEL INSURANCE for you stay.

Attached, secure garage for storing bikes and other personal items. All the beach amenities are stored in the garage: beach umbrellas, beach chairs, rolling cooler, wagon, body boards, beach toys. Beach towels are in the foyer at entrance in wicker baskets (not garage).

***SECOND FLOOR**

KITCHEN:
-The kitchen is LOADED with high quality cookware, plenty of utensils and dining ware that we use in our own home, so our guests feel right at home.
- FULLY STOCKED COFFEE BAR with Keurig Dual Coffee system for either single cup or full pots. Tea lovers will love the quick heating electric tea kettle and assortment of teas.
- Waterdrop Ultra Water Filtration system installed at the kitchen sink for delicious, filtered drinking water
- PANTRY filled with dry good cooking essentials, sugar, salt, spices, oil, zip locks and more.

LIVING & DINING AREAS:
-Open floor plan kitchen, living and dining area with outdoor balcony for additional dining.
-Family room has a 75” LG Smart TV, with sectional couch fits everyone for family movie night!

BALCONY:
-Sliding doors from living room open to balcony with bar height tables and bar stools for al fresco dining.
