Fun Family Trip
The condo is beautiful and the provided tray of goodies was most welcome after our drive in. Amazing sunsets from the balcony. We had a couple of good days followed by overcast skies the rest of the week but that didn’t keep us from having a great time. Loved the heated indoor pool!

Gorgeous condo
My family and I had a wonderful trip and relaxing stay at SunDestin. I was disappointed that we couldn’t use our own umbrella on the beach and had to pay for a rental placed on the beach amongst everyone else’s. However the condo was perfect!

Love the location!
The location is perfect for a family who wants quick beach access. The restaurant and store below was also great for souvenirs and food/drinks on the beach. We had one rainy day and the indoor pool was a blessing. The condo itself was beautiful and clean. It is a little outdated but still comfortable. The trash shoot is right outside the condo so it was easy for us to throw away our trash. No issues with smelling any trash since we are so high up. Communication with the owner was excellent and any questions were answered fast. They provided a lot of information on things to do and restaurants to try.

Great location and great unit!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was in a prime location and right on the beach. Our kids loved it and it had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. If I had to pick one bad thing, the building itself could use some updating but the actual unit itself was wonderful!

Sundestin is an active construction site
Listing is not accurate, the building is actively under construction with loud noise all day long. The outdoor pool is closed and not “newly renovated” as was advertised. The owner gave us a small refund but not nearly enough to compensate for our terrible experience. Beware and do your research before booking this or any property in SunDestin.
