Great stay, Great location

We enjoyed our time here for a long weekend before school started back. We loved the location and proximity to the beach (of course), restaurants, and stores which made it easy for us to have a relaxing weekend. We would stay here again.

First of all the staff was absolutely phenomenal, very friendly, very helpful we were in 1117 condo which had a beautiful view the room was a little bit dated being a builder I was very picky, sofa needs to be dry cleaned, the master bed slept very well, we will be back for sure …we enjoyed Cortney at the bar.. this was our first time to Destin and the entire area is super clean with awesome restaurants and bars.

AMAZING

Lights in main bathroom didn\'t work, but no big deal. But otherwise our stay was phenomenal. The view from our room was gorgeous and the location was perfect. It was quiet and clean. It was so close to everything you\'d want/need. The check in/check out process was so easy. All employees greeted us with kindness and professionalism. We\'ll definitely come back and refer our family/friends.

In need of repairs

We love Sundestin! This unit had a few problems such as toilet issues in first bathroom, hard and uncomfortable pillows, and awkward kitchen sink. We will select a different unit next time we stay there!

Great place

Awesome Condo. Outside furniture may need to be replaced. One of the chairs we couldn\'t use, really uneven, like about to break. Great view of sunset 🌇. Great location. It also says no personal umbrella, but you can ha e it or tent behind a certain line. I still gave 5 🌟.

Fourth of July 2021

The apartment was devoid of necessary items that would be good to have for future guests: Additional hooks to hang towels and/or vanity bags in the bathrooms, additional garbage bags, coffee bean grinder, pizza cutter, dry ice usable devices for coolers and additional blankets. We arrived and we were asked to sign a well detailed list of information, but we’re not given a copy which would have helped us in making decisions about what to buy for our beach days (i.e. like the fact that the beach on the property did not allow our store bought umbrella as a separate entity seemed to have a complete monopoly on the placing of umbrellas which come at a cost) which would have helped me and my family save money. Otherwise, the location and apartment was great, despite a toilet malfunction as we had 2 toilets. The people were friendly at the front desk and housekeeping actually delivered our extra blanket and correct sized flat sheet for the pull out couch bed which I am told was comfortable. The bedroom bed was incredibly comfortable and the curtains kept sunlight out of the rooms. We did not have any issues with neighboring sound. Parking was readily available and we felt amazingly safe!!! Thanks, #Texasgirl4truth

Horrible Place...Black mold!

Horrible place! The Best part was Pam at the front desk...she was very kind and helpful! We stayed in unit 1117 for 1 night (originally booked for 4 nights), we slept on top the bedding, both of us woke up with a headache, congestion, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, watery eyes...that's when we noticed BLACK MOLD on all the vents! I called down to the front desk as soon as we noticed the mold to get a refund and we left immediately. We tried to contact the "host by email and phone, but could not get ahold of anyone with Scenic Stays about all of the issues. We were completely disgusted as soon as we walked in. The floor was very worn and had black marks everywhere from moisture, especially by the front door. The couch and chair were stained and filthy so we covered them with sheets so we could sit down. The dining room chairs had stains all over them. The microwave was dirty on the inside and outside. The walls had holes, damage, drip lines, splash marks. The shower doors were covered in soap scum. Speakers were barely hanging on the wall. The list goes on and on.
