We had a great time staying at Sundestin. The construction wasn’t really a worry as we weren’t in the condo most of the day while it was going on. The staff was super friendly!

Relaxing Week

The room was perfect for what we needed and offered a perfect view of the beach and ocean. We saw dolphins every day from our balcony. The property is walking distance to several beach shops, mini golf, and several restaurants. The Back Porch is just down the beach and had some of our favorite food and drinks from the week.

This condo had everything we needed. The view was perfect and the location couldn’t be beat. We enjoyed the indoor pool, splash pad, beach service, and hot tub. The condo was clean and we loved the bunks and separate bathrooms. We will be back!

Beautiful view, terrible construction

The room was absolutely lovely, but the outdoor pool, both hot tubs, and splash pad were all closed for construction that lasted all day long. We often woke to grinding and sanding, it was so loud you couldn’t stay on the property during the day. I actually felt really bad for visitors with young children. It became a joke with most of the guests. The restaurant was fantastic. We ate there 3 times during our 5 day stay.

Scenic View, But UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

Ocean view was perfect! But the resort never advised it was under construction! The outdoor pool wasn't available! The internet was OFF/ON during the entire stay!! And parking was ridiculous because of construction!!

We loved this condo on the 14th floor. Decor was great, bed was super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the chairs on the back deck. Kinda wish the ac unit wasn\'t on the deck, but it was ok after all.

This Condo was clean, easy to access and everything that we were looking for. It had plenty of dishes, cookware ect. Plenty of towels and everything worked as it should. I was not the biggest fan of the ac unit being on the porch, but it ended up being ok. Loved the location and that there was a restaurant and bar onsite. Overall it was a great stay and very relaxing. Almost forgot, The bed was super comfy.

Love Sundestin, Been staying here for years. Our unit could of been a little cleaner. Sand on the floor when we arrived, Carpet could of been cleaner. There was an odor that smelled like a sewer problem. But over all we had a great stay.
