Highly recommend this property! Our entire party was impressed with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. The view was just as it is in the pictures. Two parking spaces came in handy as we rented 2 golf carts and able to park them there. It is clear the owners maintain this property with care and detail. Would recommend this property (and others by this owner) to anyone!

Beautiful condo

The condo was just gorgeous. Very well equipped and comfortable. We cook a lot on vacation and there was plenty of pots and pans and utensils. The pools were amazing and the location in Santa Rosa was charming. The beach was beautiful. The only drawback for some was the stairs going down to the beach. Just something to be aware of, but can clearly be seen in pictures that are posted. We loved it and hope to be back again next year!

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. It provided views and sounds of the beach. There were cafes/restaurants in walking distance, and other stores and activities were just a short drive away. We look forward to staying here again on a future trip.

Amazing view of the gulf from inside the unit, framed by the extended arched balcony that allows unobstructed views. No wait elevator and spacious parking. Great week at the Beach!

We’ve stayed at Villa Coyaba many times but have never stayed stayed at a YFAB property. They did a great job from booking to check out making sure we had everything we needed and so much more. Condo was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The personal touches- welcome towel, wine, stocked hand/bath soaps, laundry detergent, and toilet paper didn’t go unnoticed and not something other management companies provide. We didn’t need anything during our week but have no doubt if we would have needed something they would have been there with a quick response. Will definitely book with YFAB in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Villa Coyaba 306. This was our 2nd year renting through Your Friend at the Beach. Condo had everything we needed. We ended up buying a bunch of beach toys for our kids and left them for the next visitor. My only recommendation would be to update the patio furniture. The condo can accommodate 8, but the patio table can only seat 4. It’s old and needs some updating! Otherwise a great rental! We can’t wait to return next March!

Great view!!!!

We enjoyed this condo location very much! We only have a few complaints/suggestions. The cooktop was difficult to use appropriately because the numbers that show the heat setting have worn off. Sadly, I overcooked shrimp as well as a couple of other meals. It would be nice to at least have a guide by the cooktop to show where to turn the knobs for desired setting. It would have also been helpful to have a mirror in the master bedroom for someone to use when the bathroom is occupied. The kitchen was well stocked for the most part but would have been helpful to have a couple of larger serving bowls for salads, etc. We stayed at another condo at Villa Coyaba last year and it was better stocked. However, this was still a nice place to stay with an incredible view!!!!!
