"The home needs repairs made in many areas. Pool tiles falling off so did not swim as we didn't know if broken pieces were under the water that could be stepped on. Broken tiles in bathroom that hadn't even been picked up, and broken toilet seats that almost caused a fall. Front door would not latch shut unless held closed and locked with deadbolt, and only 1 key for it. Property did not seem to have been well cleaned. Floors were visibly dirty, white dog hair on the furniture that got on...

"This house was just what we were looking for. We have several kids, grandkids and greatgrandkids in Midland. We were able to have our Thanksgiving dinner there on Sunday the 1st. We had enough room to have 2 tables of card players while the younger kids played in the back yard. We were happy with the backyard as we also brought a dog. The kitchen was a little small but we worked it out. The king bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. All in all this was a perfect weekend. We didn't have anyone...
