The apartment not a condo or a townhouse. The apartment was dirty The couch had a very bad smell. My cats were hiding under the bed because it was so bad and there are bed bugs under the kitchen sink. I've been trying to get my money returned cuz I wasn't even there an hour and they won't

It was good until we had to start killing roaches. Not sure where they were coming from but we had to kill several. They waited until morning of check out to add 100 because we had a service dog with us.

Host was really communicative, however, upon arrival the central heat and air didn’t work, which was resolved at almost midnight the first night by a maintenance worker. It was also brought to the hosts attention then there was a red substance on the head board as well as some of the bedding, and it was turned around that it was more than likely from our children, even though our children hadn’t even been in that room nor did they have any food in unit yet. Also the water pressure in the bathroom was poor. Despite all the faults in the unit, the host maintained professionalism, and attempted to address our concerns.
