「The title says it all. Property owners have their own separate house on site, along with a few other rental cottages. Properties share a common dock that is in excellent condition. Owners were super welcoming, friendly, and reachable if needed. 」

「This was a wonderful home base for two days of exploring Portland. Plenty of insanely good restaurants around (so much more than lobster rolls but those are also incredible) and cool shops. The listing is exact, not much else to say! Great communication, plenty of information provided, the rooftop patio was indeed private, great for relaxing and a little late night people-watching.The apartment is nearly sound proof - we couldn’t hear anyone else in the building, and we know they were there....

The home is nothing short of spectacular and was very clean and very well stocked for our visit. Everything was as described. We enjoyed exploring the island and surrounding areas and would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.」

「We had such a great stay at this East End apartment. It was perfect for the two of us, super clean, comfortable, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We love to walk, so the location was ideal. It took us about 10 to 15 minutes to walk into Old Port, and there’s also a trail right next to the property that we used often.Dan was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. We really enjoyed chatting with him during our stay. Overall, everything was wonderful, and we would absolutely stay here again the...
