“We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend.”

“We had such a wonderful time it's hard where to start.We traveled here with our 2 granddaughters and 2 of their friends. They all had a great time tubing and fishing and swimming in the river and in the lake. We brought our bass boat and used the boat ramp at the park to launch it.( free for military btw).The kids played board games and cards every night and made smores by the fire. A very peaceful location for sure. We saw deer here, a very friendly chipmunk, and cool turtles too.We were sad it……

“The cottage was exactly as described, very very nice and a beautiful view of Casco Bay. The host Amy was amazing, even taking our dog for a walk when we went to Portland for a couple of hours. Would absolutely stay again. ”

“We had an amazing family vacation at this home! Amy was helpful throughout the whole process and the house had everything we needed! The house comfortably fit all 16 of us and a few furry friends as well! We enjoyed our time down at the dock, kayaking/paddle boarding, swimming, playing yard games, and hanging by the fire. “Really thoughtful touches - we played Jenga every night. I had a medical emergency with one of my kids and property manager was available and helpful (thank you!!). Kitchen was well stocked and location is so amazing. It isn’t directly on the lake but walk 300 meters and you are there. We loved hiking Lake Sebago!!!The location is close to restaurants and shops but remote enough you have a “cabin in the woods feel.”10/10 recommend.”
