“What a beautiful week. From help with booking buses, arriving just in time to take our suitcases in the car rather than us pulling them up the hill, to kindly driving us to the supermarket, our host Alicia could not have been kinder. “Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us.”
