"The room was lovely but definitely needed a deep clean very dusty and a bit grimey. We also had the Heat/AC go bezerk and our room was insanely hot and we had to shut the air conditioning off completely and open the windows (despite it being a cold night we only managed to get the temp down to 72°). "
