「This house is actually split into 2 . A front house rental and a back house rental. When we arrived, we thought there were residents in the back rental, until someone started to walk up on the front porch and attempt use a code to access our portion of the rental. There was no indication on how the back house could be accessed. It was cleared up quickly, but the gentleman was not aware of the second access location. The neighbors down the street got into a drunken fight at 3am and we could hear...

「Perfect location to attend Air Force BMT Graduation. Short drives to tourist locations (River Walk, Alamo, Pearl District, Historic Market). The house was spacious, comfortable, and included some amenities such as coffee pods, body soap, shampoo, conditioner. The community pool was perfect for toddlers right up to adults. Communication with the owner was quick and pleasant. Would definitely recommend!」

「Very quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Great little home with all the amenities you need for a long stay. Host was very accommodating and helpful. 」

「Great location! Close to everything which was perfect for us! Host was responsive to questions, checked in on us often which made the trip even more enjoyable. Home is as described and might only be hard for someone who has a hard time with stairs but the home has 2 rooms on entrance floor but kitchen is up 1 flight of steps. Very comfortable and each floor controls AC. We didn’t need to change it since very comfortable throughout the home」

「We had an amazing trip to celebrate my nephews Air Force Graduation. The Speakeasy we the perfect house for our group. It was located perfectly between the airport and base so it made getting around easy. The house was perfect sized and had all the amenities we were looking for. The host was wonderful walking me through what we needed to do once we arrived and departed. I would definitely rebook this house when we come back. 」
