「Have spoken with management about the issues of transport, communication and the villa not being ready upon our arrival. Management said they will fix these issue and work strongly on improving these services. 」

「Rooms were clean and comfortable. Suggest a small rubbish bin in each room or toilet. The kitchen needs at least 2 or 3 dish cloths. The plates are too tall for the dishwasher. Would be nice if there was Netflix or SKY to watch in the night. Something to think about. We had a memorable stay. Loved the property and convenience.」

「The owner cancelled on us half an hour before check in with a Story about the place needing to be cleaned up from a party the night before. I rang him about 1 hour before check in and he struggled to find my booking then cancels soon after leaving us high and dry. I even booked 6 months in advance. I would not recommend booking here as the owner cannot be trusted hence all his one star reviews. Plus the area is dirty and unsafe but it is next to the airport which is it's only good feature and...

Water leak in floor of bathroom, horrible smell throughout unit, no remote for Aircon, just to turn it off. Great wifi and superb assistance from night watchman and morning call for taxi to airport! 「Our stay here was a complete disaster. We originally requested a midnight check-in, but the host suggested we wait until the following day, which we agreed to. Despite the extra time they had to prepare, check-in was still delayed the next day, and the host was completely unresponsive to our messages.
