“The Woodland Retreat property was quiet and a good location for our fall golf trip. All beds comfortable and the place was very clean. Good hot water for showering and plenty of towels / linens. The Owner was very responsive to all questions we had prior to checkin and during our stay. The Wifi worked well. This is a heavily wooded area and we enjoyed using the firepit and grill. Plenty of room to park if multiple parties are involved. While not real close to many restaurants most will……

“Brian graciously met us on arrival and gave us a full tour of the workings of the house, from thermostats to hot tub. He was prompt in fixing the one thing that didn't work and was always available but never intrusive. ”

“Totally enjoyed our stay. Updating has been done since pictures posted on this site. Looks like a new bridge to the cabin, new firepit chairs, a fresh interior paint job, new linens/towels and bathroom has a new shower and sink. Very nice. Coffee on the deck listening to the birds and creek is a pleasant way to start the day. Sitting in front of the fire a relaxing way to end the night. There is wifi but it was nice to just unplug. “We stayed here for two nights, a party of three with one child, while visiting a convention in the Inner Harbor. The location was good and for the price more than adequately accessible to everywhere we needed to go, even though Bus service throughout that section of the city was limited due to a foot race. The apartment was very nice, and we did not notice any street noise. The host was communicative and helpful. We would stay here again!”
