“In general it’s spacious for a family of 3 staying at 2 bedroom. The receptionist when we check in was not good no smile and quite rude but when we check out the lady was super nice and helpful. The worst part in this hotel was noise transmission is very bad. We can hear children shouting and people at the doorway. Also the building is currently doing renovation so it’s very noisy. ”

“Locate at safe area, near L1 line just walk 1 min, lots of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants around. The apartment’s are clean, spacious, tidy, smell good, along with air conditioner, comfortable beds. Highly reommend for family!”

“Two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Fresh and luxurious towels. Very comfortable spring beds (instead of only memory foam). Daily housekeeping is a HUGE plus. Coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent… available upon request. It was a pity that we had power problems whenever the oven was switched on. Other than that, everything was great.”

“The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation ”

“When we reserve this Corner Apartment via Hotels.com, we chose to pay at property. But three days prior to the check in, the apartment kept sending emails and messages to ask us to pay in advance and provide all our passport's data and photos online. The process was very complicated if you are not a tech person. The apartment is at least a 15 minutes walk to some attractions. The apartment is clean and tidy.”

“The suite was in a great location for visiting the Sagrada Familia and surrounding restaurants with easy access to the metro for exploring further afield. It was spacious with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay and was very clean upon arrival. The washing machine with dryer made doing our laundry easy. The only negatives were the street noise and a very small shower.”

“First of all, travelers need to beware that this is just an apartment, so definitely services are not up to the standard of a typical one star hotel. Location is good, and the manager is nice and responsive. But the quality of beds are very low, bed sheets are not clean, flushing of one of the two toilets does not work, and hot water are merely enough for shower for only two persons. The stairs could be quite noisy at mid night. Since the price is not that low, my suggestion for this "hotel" is……
