「The studio is perfect. We stayed with our dog, and they had a water bowl out for him and everything. The fenced yard was so convenient and sure beats having to get dressed, go down the elevator, and take your dog on a walk outside a hotel first thing in the morning. We’ll be back!」

「Nice, cozy, comfortable home in close proximity to Athens, GA where we were attending a wedding. Nicely appointed with updated features. Very close to downtown Jefferson. Owner was very responsive to questions.」

「We had a great stay! Cute home, clean accommodation, and very convenient to downtown. We would love to stay here again if we find ourselves in the area!」

「Zach and Tiffany are super easy to deal with and quick to respond to all needs. It was good for what we needed for a quick golf trip」

「This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. The "kitchen" has a small (dorm size) refrigerator/freezer, sink, griddle, microwave, a coffeepot, some cabinet storage and a counter area. Folgers coffee, coffee...

「Everything was perfect! The host took care of everything and made the check in process simple. And they provided us with all the essentials. Finding a nice property within walking distance of Sanford Stadium that is reasonably priced is hard to find. I’d definitely stay here again!」

「Exactly as pictured.」

「The room was very clean and nice, great stay」

「We had a fantastic stay! The home was absolutely spotless from the moment we walked in. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping everything clean and comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the patio. It was the perfect place to relax in the morning with coffee or unwind in the evening. It really adds something special to the property. The host was outstanding throughout the entire stay. They were friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect....

「Amazing, unique property—cute as a button and thoughtfully organized (with labels, guides, and such). Fantastic all around and I'll book this again the next time I'm in Athens.」

「Very nice place and very clean. I am a stickler for cleanliness and this place was great! I love how they had toiletries in the bathroom (even q-tips). Would definitely stay again when in the area.」
