Jean-Eric and Chantal are welcoming, thoughtful and caring, and provide service beyond any experience we've ever had with VRBO, even finding us emergency medical assistance when one of our party had a small problem. “Nous achevons un formidable week-end en Champagne avec le plaisir d'avoir séjourné dans cette maison en famille. Maison lumineuse et agréable, très bien équipée, avec une vue incroyable sur les vignes situées juste en face. Un cadre parfait pour profiter de la région, facilement accessible. Commerces à proximité, notamment une boulangerie à 2 minutes de la maison, ouverte même le dimanche. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur réactivité et disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour.À très bientôt !”

“Accueil glacial par une boîte à clés, tout comme l’appartement dans lequel il faisait froid.Le chauffage est géré par la propriétaire qui est apparemment très près de ses sous.Hélas, la douche et le lavabo étaient bouchés et le robinet de la cuisine entartré.Comme personne ne nous a présenté l’appartement, nous n’avons pas trouvé le matériel pour faire le ménage, ni la terrasse qui se trouvaient derrière une porte difficile à ouvrir.Attention si vous allez dans cet appartement, il vous faudra……

“Property (flat) was fantastic- we shall go again as we transit through Epernay regularly. Entrance was interesting but not a problem once you are in the apartment. A lot of stairs to climb but most will cope with that OK. Overall an excellent base for Epernay. Much better than a hotel as you can chill in style (we had the cheese course and an extra bottle of champagne in the apartment - probably saved more than the fee for the apartment !!!) Enjoy……”

“Fantastic home, great location, easy walking distance to the centre of Épernay. Facilities in the house were perfect and all worked well. Asked for extra set of keys and we did not have to wait long before they were delivered. Parking is free…but not necessarily outside the front door or in the same street. We had 2 cars and managed to find parking around the corner or in the next street if nothing was available in our street. Host very quickly provided us with options for parking, including……
