“The hall was sweltering and looked sketchy. The beds were not comfortable. I could have booked directly through Motel 6 for much less. Not a stellar experience. Thankfully it was just a halfway point overnight.”

“Reservation was canceled”

“A fantastic place for our group to chill out and enjoy the local vibes. Food was quite good too!”

“A great find with really good value! The parking made it easy, and we loved the peaceful vibe. Perfect for a romantic getaway!”

“Very nice home. Worked well being between airport and Fort Knox military base. Owner was very easy to communicate with.”

“Cabin was very welcoming. Very clean inside which is great! Except the front door was very dirty. Could be washed or repainted. Over all would most definitely stay again there. Very quiet and beautiful! Thanks for a wonderful night stay!”

“Place was perfect for our stay. Great location. Clean and well equipped cabin. Very comfortable! We had an issue with our travel schedule and host was great to work with. Very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“The home is unique but very nice. Everything you need and more is there to make your stay memorable; even bug spray for sitting on the porch at night in the rocking chair. Although off a main road it is tucked back and very private and quiet. Host offered great places to eat at and visit.”

“The host was very attentive and understanding.”

“The floor was so dirty, it was unreal. The towels & washrags smelled like bug spray. The bathmat was dirty.”

“We enjoyed the stay. The home is so close and convenient to all things UofL. It was definitely a plus that sheets and towels were provided. I wish the kitchen was better equipped with cookware and other kitchen essentials (silverware, pans, pots, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, etc), because I was hoping to cook my son some home cooked meals while visiting, but the lack of cookware prevented us from doing that. Other than that, we had a lovely stay, and now that we know the kitchen situation, we’ll……

“Our room was very clean and our host thought of everything. There was everything from snacks to tooth brushes and Q-tips. We sat out on the porch and watched people next door in a small park that the city had made for them The area was fairly quiet. The room is a block away from several different eating options.”

“Super cute decor. Had everything needed. Bed was amazing. Appliances looked new. Close to everything shops restaurants and lots of distilleries. Quiet and Safe neighborhood.”

“We had a great stay. The space was very clean, the thoughtful amenities and the great communication wins this stay 5 stars. Will definitely stay here. Very, very clean! Ty Taylor!”

“Quiet and quant. Just what we needed after a days excursion.”
